Switzerland healthcare infrastructure company Infracore Switzerland IPO share price unchanged on day 1 trading (9/7/26: IPO Price CHF 54, Closing CHF 54) with $1 billion market value, and raised $248 million in the IPO.  Infracore was founded in 1997 by founders of AEVIS VICTORIA.   Infracore – Infracore SA is one of Switzerland’s leading owners of healthcare infrastructure. The company owns and develops a real estate portfolio dedicated to the healthcare sector. Its model is based on long-term lease agreements with hospital and healthcare operators, providing high visibility of rental income and direct exposure to the growing need for modern healthcare infrastructure in Switzerland. On 30 June 2026, Infracore SA announced the launch of its initial public offering, with its shares to be listed on SIX Swiss Exchange on or around 9 July 2026.  AEVIS VICTORIA – AEVIS VICTORIA SA invests in healthcare, hospitality & lifestyle and infrastructure. AEVIS′s main shareholdings are Swiss Medical Network Holding SA (76.3%, directly and indirectly), the only Swiss private network of hospitals present in the country’s three main language regions, MRH Switzerland AG, a luxury hotel group managing eleven hotels in Switzerland and abroad, Infracore SA (30%, directly and indirectly), a real estate company dedicated to healthcare-related infrastructure, Swiss Hotel Properties SA, a hospitality real estate division, and NESCENS SA, a brand dedicated to better aging. AEVIS is listed on the Swiss Reporting Standard of the SIX Swiss Exchange (AEVS.SW)
