State Street Appoints Lochiel Crafter as Head of Global Institutional Group
State Street Global Advisors has appointed Lochiel Crafter as Head of Global Institutional Group. He takes over from Cyrus Taraporevala, who was recently named President and Chief Executive Officer of State Street Global Advisors. Based in Boston, Lochiel will report to Taraporevala.

Prior to leading State Street Global Advisors in Asia Pacific, he was the Chief Investment Officer in Asia Pacific. Before joining State Street, he was the Chief Executive Officer of a large Australian superannuation fund. Lochiel role as Head of Asia Pacific for State Street Global Advisors will be taken over by James MacNevin.
James MacNevin, current Chief Operating Officer in Asia Pacific, will report to Lochiel in his new role as Head of Asia Pacific for State Street Global Advisors. He had been with State Street Global Advisors for 20 years.
