Hong Kong fund management firm subsidiary One Heritage Capital Mgmt has hired private banking veteran Arthur Fong as CEO (2/9/22) of Singapore-based One Heritage Capital Management. Arthur Fong is a veteran in the private banking industry including Citigroup, UBS, Bank of Singapore (Market Head, Greater China) and most recently, Managing Director at Schroders & Co Asia. Arthur Fong had also served as an elected Member of the Singapore Parliament (2001 to 2015) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from the University of Oregon, United States of America. One Heritage Capital Management is a licensed fund management company and external asset management firm providing wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals and family businesses. One Heritage Capital Management is a subsidiary of Hong Kong based One Heritage Holdings Group, which had 19 years of successful growth with presence in 11 cities.

Arthur Fong has a wealth of private banking experience in the financial industry that spans over three decades. Most recently Managing Director at Schroders & Co Asia, he has held senior leadership positions in various private banks including Market Head, Greater China at Bank of Singapore as well as global private banks such as Citigroup and UBS AG. In 2014, Arthur was conferred the title of “IBF Fellow”, launched in recognition of key practitioners and thought leaders in the financial industry by the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF). Arthur previously served as an elected Member of the Singapore Parliament from 2001 to 2015 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from the University of Oregon, United States of America.
