Finland IQM Quantum Computers has announced to IPO on New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) via SPAC merger with Real Asset Acquisition Corp at $1.8 billion valuation.  In 2025 September, IQM Quantum Computers raised $320 million in Series B funding at more than $1 billion valuation.  IQM Quantum Computers was founded in 2018 by scientists including Jan Goetz & Juha Vartiainen.  IQM Quantum Computers investors include Ten Eleven Ventures, Tesi, Elo Mutual Pension Insurance, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance, Companies of Schwarz Group, Winbond Electronics Corporation, EIC & Bayern Kapital.  Real Asset Acquisition Corp. – Based in Princeton, NJ, Real Asset Acquisition Corp. is a Nasdaq-listed (Nasdaq: RAAQ) special purpose acquisition company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
