India wealth management firm InCred Capital ($10.5 billion AUM) has announced to buy Singapore fund management firm S Cube Capital, and to be integrated into Singapore subsidiary InCred Global Wealth.  S Cube Capital was founded in 2019 by Balaji Swaminathan & Hemant Mishr.  InCred Capital is a subsidiary of InCred Group, founded in 2016 by ex-Deutsche Bank Head of Investment Banking APAC Bhupinder Singh.  S Cube Capital – We are a Singapore based Capital Markets Services (CMS) Licensed company regulated by Monetary Authority of Singapore.
