Singapore Temasek indirect subsidiary Azalea Investment Management has raised $350 million for first private equity evergreen fund (Azalea All Access), investing in secondaries & co-investments. The evergreen fund structure allows for monthly subscriptions & quarterly redemptions. Announcement (3/7/26): “Azalea Investment Management Pte. Ltd. (“Azalea”) is pleased to announce the successful launch of Azalea All Access, its first private equity (“PE”) evergreen fund. Azalea All Access was launched with US$350 million in initial commitments from a select group of anchor investors. The launch marks a significant milestone in Azalea’s continued efforts to develop innovative investment platforms and broaden investor access to PE. Building on the success of the Astrea and Altrium platforms, Azalea All Access represents the next phase of Azalea’s platform evolution. As Azalea’s first evergreen fund, Azalea All Access is designed to meet the evolving needs of investors seeking access to PE. Azalea All Access aims to provide investors with long-term capital appreciation, with the option of periodic distributions through its distributing share class. With a fully paid-in investment model, investors can gain immediate access from Day 1 to a well-diversified portfolio of PE secondaries and co-investments, all of which are managed by high-quality managers globally.
