Hong Kong-listed CSI Properties ($313 million market value) founder Mico Chung Cho-yee & his wife (Nina Kan Souk-yin) via Aqua Sole Company have sold their Hong Kong 3,120 sq ft luxury house (27 Plantation Road) at The Peak for $13 million (HKD 105 million) to Hu Hanyang in 2026 June.  The property was bought for $1.5 million (HKD 12 million) in 1993 (33 years ago).  CSI Properties was founded in 2003 by Mico Chung Cho-yee, who was known as the right-hand man of Hong Kong billionaire Li Ka-shing son Richard Li Tzar-kai.  CSI Properties – CSI Properties Limited is a leading HKSE-listed property investor/ developer in Greater China with approximately 4.1 million sq. ft. of properties in Hong Kong and Shanghai under active management development. The two key divisions are CSI INVESTMENT PROPERTIES, our investment property division, and COUTURE HOMES, the life-style luxury residential division.  Mico Chung Cho-yee – Mr. Chung Cho Yee, Mico, aged 60, Chairman and Executive Director of the Company, joined the Company in 2004. He is a director of certain subsidiaries of the Group. He is also the Chairmen of the Executive Committee and the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Board. Mr. Chung graduated from University College London in the United Kingdom, with a law degree in 1983 and qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1986. Mr. Chung is currently a non-executive director of HKT Limited and HKT Management Limited, the trustee-manager of the HKT Trust, the shares of which are listed on the Stock Exchange. Mr. Chung is the brother-in-law of Mr. Kan Sze Man, an executive director of the Company.  Mr. Chung was an independent non-executive director of HKC (Holdings) Limited up to January 2020, the shares of which were delisted from the Stock Exchange in June 2021.
