Germany federal financial supervisory Authority (BaFin) is investigating Germany online fashion company Zalando ($7 billion market value) $1.4 billion (€1.2 billion) acquisition of e-commerce company ABOUT YOU Group in 2025 for failing to disclose related party transaction – Denmark billionaire Anders Holch Povlsen (Largest shareholder of Zalando) held stake in ABOUT YOU Group.  Zalando – Founded in Berlin in 2008, Zalando is the leading European technology platform for fashion and lifestyle.
