United States digital asset infrastructure provider BitGo has filed for a Nasdaq IPO, having raised $100 million in Series C funding at $1.75 billion valuation in 2023.  In 2025 July, United States digital asset infrastructure provider BitGo filed for a United States IPO.  BitGo was founded in 2013 by Mike Belshe, Ben Davenport & Will OBrien.  BitGo investors include Redpoint Ventures, Goldman Sachs, Brink, Armyn Capital, CMT Digital, fwd3, Plug & Play Tech Center, Pomp Investments & Valor Equity Partners.  BitGo – BitGo is the leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions, offering custody, wallets, staking, trading, financing and settlement out of regulated cold storage.
