Qatar ex-Emir (Ruler), royal family member & billionaire Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani (Age 73) family office Dilmon Capital CEO Michele Faissola is reported to have changed his residency from UK to Italy.  Michele Faissola joined Dilmon Capital in 2018, was with Deutsche Bank for 20 years and was Deutsche Bank Head of Asset & Wealth Management.  In 2025 October, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani (Age 73) has been hiring top Goldman Sachs & Deutsche Bank senior executives for his family office Dilmon Capital, and received regulatory approval to setup in Monaco.  Dilmon Capital hired Goldman Sachs Monaco Co-CEO Arnaud Caussin (Barclays 22-year veteran, Co-Head Private Bank Monaco) as Deputy CIO, and hired Deutsche Bank 22-year veteran Global Head of Financing & Solutions Group Rashid Zuberi as COO.  Dilmon Capital CEO is Michele Faissola (Deutsche Bank 20-year veteran, Head of Asset & Wealth Management), who joined in 2018.  Lombard Odier Private Bank CIO Stephane Monie (JP Morgan & ADIA) joined as CIO in 2024 May.  Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani was Emir (Ruler) of Qatar from 1995 to 2013.
