Asia healthcare asset manager CBC Group ($11 billion AUM) financing affiliate R-Bridge has raised $500 million in final close for R-Bridge Healthcare Fund II, which provides non-dilutive financing solutions via royalty & revenue-backed financing structures to healthcare companies with approved & commercial-stage therapeutics and medical technologies. Announcement (15/10/25): “CBC Group, Asia’s largest healthcare-dedicated asset management firm, today announced the closing of its R-Bridge Healthcare Fund II (“RBF II”) with $500 million in total capital commitments. RBF II represents one of the largest Private Credit focused on healthcare raised to date for an Asia based firm. RBF II invests on a global basis whilst supporting healthcare innovation and growth of healthcare innovators. RBF II attracted a diversified base of global institutional investors from sovereign wealth funds, corporate pensions, financial institutions and family offices.
