UK autonomous driving company Wayve is launching a $85 million existing shares sale auction (8/7/26) at $8.6 billion valuation on London Stock Exchange (LSE) private markets platform Pisces (Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System).  In 2026 February, Wayve raised $1.2 billion in Series D funding at $8.6 billion valuation & $300 million financing from Uber. Wayve was founded in 2017 by Alex Kendall & Amar Shah.  Wayve investors include Eclipse, Balderton, SoftBank, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan & Stellantis.  Wayve – At Wayve, we’re building a global driving intelligence that learns from data and scales across different vehicles and geographies.  Founded in 2017, we have pioneered an end-to-end AI approach to autonomous driving that is faster to deploy, more flexible by design and built to scale.  We deliver all levels of autonomy, from hands-off and eyes-off driving, to robotaxis.
